Are you a master of executive operations, strategic communication, and organizational leadership? The Software Directorate is seeking a dynamic professional to lead our Executive Services. In this high-visibility role, you will be the organizational anchor that empowers our senior leadership and ensures the seamless execution of our mission to deliver war-winning software. Your Mission and Impact. As the central hub for Group and Division-wide operations, you will move beyond traditional administration to provide strategic direction and critical knowledge management. You will serve as the trusted advisor to senior leadership, delivering the continuous expertise, accountability, and direct support they rely on to make high-level decisions. Master Executive Operations: You will command the Director's Action Group (DAG) functions, serving as the nerve center for the Directorate. Your oversight will ensure that critical communications, leadership briefs, and high-priority suspenses are managed with flawless precision. Lead Centralized Programs: You will provide centralized management and leadership for a comprehensive suite of Group-level programs. From executing high-level protocol, tours, and strategic events to managing correspondence, records, and timekeeping, your work will be the foundation of our daily operations. Champion the Workforce: You will go beyond operations to directly support the people who build our technological capabilities. By providing oversight of policy development, crafting clear communications, and leading morale and special projects, you will strengthen and uplift the entire Software Directorate workforce. QUALIFICATIONS: - U.S. Citizenship - Obtain & maintain the appropriate security clearance. - May be required to travel away from the normal duty station on military or commercial aircraft - May occasionally be required to work other than normal duty hours Recruitment Knowledge Skills and Abilities: 1. Extensive knowledge and ability to apply a wide variety of procedures, requirements, regulations, and policies related to specialized projects in the Installation administrative, management and support work of group/wing/directorate including the ability to maintain credibility with other on technical matters. 2. Extensive knowledge and expertise relative to organizational structure, function, and mission of wing and Headquarters (HQ). 3. Comprehensive knowledge and skill in conducting program studies and requirement review. 4. Skill and ability to coach, mentor and motivate within a team concept; w/ability to adapt leadership style to a variety of situations and incorporate high standards of honesty, integrity, trust, openness, and respect to daily endeavors. 5. Skill and technical ability to conduct research, analyze a wide variety of programs/policies/procedures, evaluate program effectiveness/efficiency, recognize problems/weaknesses/constraints and impacts on other programs, summarize results, make appropriate recommendations/changes and develop short term and long range administrative and management support plans. 6. Knowledge and skill in the interpretation, application and implementation of JCFS, DOD, AF, AFMC and local instructions, concepts, procedures , guidance and policy, concerning numerous Installation missions, operations and programs. 7.
