Project Manager - Southern Suburbs

We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee public sector construction projects from award through completion while maintaining compliance with agency requirements and contract specifications. Client Details A respected heavy civil and infrastructure contractor specializing in municipal, transportation, water treatment, public works, and roadway improvement projects throughout Illinois. Description Manage municipal and infrastructure construction projects. Coordinate project schedules and budgets. Administer public contracts and documentation. Work closely with agency representatives. Manage subcontractors and suppliers. Track project costs and forecasting. Review engineering drawings and specifications. Lead owner meetings and progress reporting. Process change orders and claims. Ensure quality assurance standards are achieved. Support project closeout activities. Profile 5+ years of civil or infrastructure construction experience. Knowledge of IDOT, municipal, or public agency projects. Strong contract administration experience. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
