About the Position

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our patients. This position plays a vital role in supporting daily operations and ensuring a smooth, professional experience for every patient.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Greet patients warmly and ensure a positive front-desk experience.
• Answer and direct phone calls and messages promptly and professionally.
• Schedule and manage patient appointments to maintain a full, efficient schedule.
• Communicate effectively with patients and staff via phone, email, and internal messaging systems.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure HIPAA compliance at all times.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to patients, therapists, and team members.
• Utilize Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and electronic medical records (EMR) systems proficiently.
• Assist with general office operations to support a smooth and organized workflow.
  

Schedule

• 40 hours per week
• MondayThursday 9:30am-6:30pm ; Friday 7:30am-4:30pm

Minimum Qualifications

• Warm, professional demeanor with the ability to support patients of all ages and backgrounds.
• Strong multitasking and organizational abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid customer service, communication, and basic administrative skills.
• Proficiency with computers and common office software.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to remain seated at a computer for extended periods.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Reasonable accommodations available as needed
