Job Details Position Type: Support Staff/ Instructional Assistant Date Posted: 9/1/2026 Location: Virtual School Instructional Assistant *This position is to support the Virtual School, but is an on campus position. Requirements for classified position: High School Diploma or GED equivalence Successful applicants must have passing scores on the Paraprofessional Exam. It would be desirable if applicants can also meet the following requirements: Completion of an Associate of Arts (A.A.) Degree; Completion of the equivalent of an A.A., i.e. a minimum of 72 hours of college level coursework Must complete a background check and a fingerprint based criminal history and be approved Salary & Benefits: Salary: $17.44-$20.46 (2026-27 salary schedule is under negotiation) $1650- Employer Contribution towards Health Benefits (currently under negotiation) Employer paid PERS contribution *IA positions are based on current building needs, transfers between buildings may occur* #J-18808-Ljbffr Nyssa School District
