Job Description Job Title: Speech-Language Pathologist Location: San Martin, California Minimum 1+ years speech therapy experience required. Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive assessments to identify speech, language, and communication disorders. Create and execute individualized treatment plans tailored to each students needs. Deliver therapy services to students in both individual and group settings. Track and document student progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to enhance students communication abilities in academic and home environments. Stay informed on current best practices and advancements in the field of speech-language pathology. Maintain detailed and accurate records of assessments, treatment plans, and progress reports. Qualifications Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution. Valid California state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology. Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). Prior experience working with school-aged children is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
