Licensed Clinical Therapist – Role & Responsibilities: As a Licensed Clinical Therapist at Kapolei Counseling Center, you will: ✅ Conduct in-depth client interviews and biopsychosocial assessments ✅ Develop personalized treatment plans and administer therapeutic interventions ✅ Provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy for a diverse client base (children to elderly) ✅ Review psychological assessments to diagnose and assess client needs ✅ Maintain a clinical caseload via HIPAA-compliant telehealth or in-person sessions ✅ Engage in routine supervision, peer reviews, and case consultations Why Join Us?
