IT Analyst We are seeking a skilled IT Analyst to provid e onsi te technical support in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for IT professionals with experience in desktop support, help desk operations, hardware/software troubleshooting, asset management, and end-user support . Key Responsibilities Provide hands-on technical support for desktop, laptop, mobile device, software , and network-related issues. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex hardware and software problems for onsite and remote users. Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade end-user devices, operating systems, and applications. Manage and document incidents, service requests, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions within the service desk system. Support moves, adds, and changes (MAC requests) and maintain accurate IT asset inventories. Collaborate with internal IT teams and third-party vendors to ensure timely issue resolution. Create and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and knowledge base resources. Train end users on technology best practices and help prevent recurring issues. Monitor system performance, generate reports, and support continuous improvement initiatives. Participate in overtime and weekend support as needed to meet production requirements. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience int he Information Technology Industry. High School Diploma and/or GED, Associates degree in Computer Science or related field Previous experience in IT support, desktop support, help desk, or technical support roles. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Experience supporting Windows environments, end-user hardware, software, and peripherals. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently. Excellent customer service, communication, and documentation skills. Experience with ticketing systems, asset management, and IT service management processes preferred.
