Painters, sculptors, whittlers, sketchers, tinkerers — this one's for you. At Surface Experts, your artistic instincts aren't a hobby you leave at home. They're the whole job.

Every repair is a tiny, one-of-a-kind puzzle: a different color to match, a different sheen to nail, a different material to work with. No two are alike, so you're improvising, mixing, and problem-solving your way to an invisible fix — usually in a couple of hours. When you're done, the damage simply disappears. That's the art.

And yes — you'll get your hands dirty. This is real, physical, hands-on work: kneeling on floors, blending materials, feeling out textures, working on-site in apartments, hotels, and construction zones. If you love making things with your hands and have a good eye for color, this is a paycheck for the way your brain already works.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Out in the field, every day:

• Complete repairs on-site, start to finish
• Work on-location with great communication and customer care
• Adapt to all kinds of settings — apartments, hotels, moving sites, construction sites, and more

Take care of customers:

• Treat residents and staff like they are the reason you're there (because they are)
• Log your progress and notes in our software
• Troubleshoot alongside our Support Team when something's tricky

Master the craft:

• Learn our one-of-a-kind 5-step process and make it your own
• Get to know every tool in your personalized kit
• Flex your artistic muscle — every repair needs a fresh solution

WHAT YOU BRING

• Hands-on experience with some kind of manual or creative work — construction, manufacturing, painting, sculpting, music, baking, you name it
• A facilities-maintenance or handyman background is a nice bonus, but not a dealbreaker
• A sharp eye for color — you can see, distinguish, and replicate colors, because color matching is at the heart of what we do (if you are colorblind...this isn't for you)

We fix minor damage on all kinds of hard surfaces — bathtubs, cabinets, floors, appliances, countertops, furniture, elevator panels and more! By pairing traditional trades with our own original process and products, we make repairs that last and look great — all with a smile.

Most companies want to resurface everything (which we can do if we have to), even a scratch a few inches wide. We fix the spot, not the whole surface. That means happy customers who save time and money, call us back again and again, and keep one more damaged surface out of the landfill. A typical repair leaves no mess, no smell, and takes under two hours — usually just a tablespoon or two of product, so everything you need fits in a small kit.
