BaristaLocation: Phoenix Airport MarriottWe are seeking a friendly and energetic Barista to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.ResponsibilitiesPrepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages according to company recipes and customer preferences.Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment safely and efficiently.Greet customers warmly and take accurate orders.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and seating areas.Handle cash and process transactions accurately using the POS system.Restock supplies and ingredients as needed throughout the shift.Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.Adhere to all health and safety regulations.QualificationsPrevious experience as a barista or in a customer service role preferred.Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment is a plus.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.Benefits: We offer a competitive wage, Health and Dental Insurance, company paid Life Insurance, Short Term and Long-Term Disability Insurance, Vision, Critical Illness, Accidental, 401(k) and company match, Paid Time Off (PTO), free hotel rooms and hotel discounts.EOE
