Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Step into a rewarding contract position supporting students’ communication and language development at the elementary or early childhood level. This dynamic role begins August 3, 2026, with orientation, and continues through June 7, 2027. The ideal candidate is a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with either a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or is completing a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY), eager to learn and collaborate within a close-knit educational community.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent
• Current (or eligibility for) SLP state licensure
• CCC or CFY candidates considered
• Previous experience in school settings, particularly with elementary or early childhood students, is beneficial
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver direct and consultative speech and language therapy services to elementary and early childhood students
• Participate in thorough onboarding, including a comprehensive orientation and the supportive “Buddy Program” for new hires
• Collaborate regularly with colleagues during scheduled monthly meetings, roundtable discussions, and real-time through an engaging intranet platform
• Use up-to-date equipment and testing materials provided for your therapy sessions
• Engage in ongoing professional development and annual performance reviews that foster continuous growth
• Benefit from easy access to same-discipline supervisors for professional guidance and troubleshooting
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to ensure best practice and efficient service delivery
• Meet regularly with leaders for 1:1 check-ins and monthly team meetings
