Maintenance Technician

Maintenance TechnicianWe're looking for a hands-on Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Must be able to work any shift. This position operates on a 12-hour staggered rotating schedule, including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.What You'll DoTroubleshoot and repair production equipment with minimal supervisionPerform preventive maintenance on mechanical and electrical systemsDiagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issuesComplete basic welding and fabrication repairsRead and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manualsRespond quickly to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtimeAssist with equipment upgrades and continuous improvement projectsFollow all safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and proper PPE requirementsDocument completed maintenance workTrain and support new team members as neededPerform other duties as assignedWhat We're Looking ForIndustrial maintenance experience preferredStrong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skillsBasic welding and fabrication experienceAbility to read electrical schematics and technical drawingsAbility to work independently and in a team environmentStrong attention to safety and quality
