Key Responsibilities for the Customer Service Coordinator:

Process customer orders, quotes, invoices, payments, and account-related requests

Qualifications for the Customer Service Coordinator:

High school diploma required; Associate degree preferred

2+ years of customer service experience

Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications

Experience with order processing, invoicing, customer account management, or manufacturing environments preferred
