Marketing & Communications Lead

Location: Gothenburg High school diploma or general education degree (GED) Valid driver’s license with approved company driving record, good computer skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office packages including Excel and Word, being a team player, and having good people and Essential Functions The Marketing & Communications Lead is responsible for leading and elevating the Country Partners Cooperative brand across customer-facing channels, communications, events, and experiences. This position serves as a highly visible ambassador of Country Partners, ensuring the organization is represented professionally and consistently while strengthening relationships with customers, employees, and communities. The successful individual will be a creative, proactive self-starter who develops a strong understanding of Country Partners' business, customers, divisions, and strategic priorities.
