Requirements:

• Required Certifications: BLS
• Required Skills: Assessment, Discharge, Evaluation, Adaptive Equipment Assessment (Adult), Cognitive Assessment, Crisis Intervention, Hip Fracture and Total Hip Replacement, Home Health Care, Joint Mobilization, Knee Injuries and Total Knee Replacement, Lifting and transfer, OASIS, Patient/Family Education, Plan of Care, Reassessments, Safety and injury prevention, Telephone calls

Job Details:

• Pay: $1498/week - $1726/week
• Assignment Length: 13-week assignment
• Shift: 5, 8-Hour 08:00 - 16:30
• At least one year of experience required
