Job Details What You’ll Do Prepare, review, and finalize all documents required for residential real estate closings Draft and balance closing disclosures and settlement statements Ensure accuracy and compliance across all legal and transactional documents Coordinate with buyers, sellers, lenders, and agents to facilitate seamless closings Calculate prorations, adjustments, and final figures for transactions Conduct closings and notarize documents as needed Work closely with the managing attorney to ensure all files meet legal standards What We’re Looking For 1+ year of real estate closing experience (required) Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal High level of organization and time management Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach Experience with SoftPro is a plus Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
