Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Maryland Physical Therapy license required prior to start.
• BLS certification required from AHA or ARC.
• Home health experience preferred. (Client preference: HH EXP PREFERRED)
• Ability to perform home health evaluations, develop and implement treatment plans, and document per agency and regulatory standards.
• Must be available for an ASAP start. (Client note: ASAP START)

• Clients may prefer clinicians with G-code and documentation familiarity. (Client note: G36)
