What your future day will look like: Actively prospecting, making cold and warm calls, and networking to generate fresh leads and build robust referral pipelines. Evaluate clients' personal or commercial insurance needs, develop customized quotes, deliver compelling sales presentations, and confidently close new business. Nurture lasting client relationships and systematically ask for referrals while promoting the company's referral program. Consistently meet or exceed your new business targets. Continuous learning, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of new insurance products and industry trends to best advise your clients.
