Job Title: Java Technical Lead
Location: Plano, TX (Onsite from day one, Remote NOT allowed)
Duration: 12 Month

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture, design, and development of Java/Spring Boot applications.
- Provide technical leadership and mentor development team members.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, security best practices, and design principles.
- Implement and maintain GitLab CI/CD pipelines.
- Integrate Twistlock security scans into the DevSecOps process.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, QA, and DevOps teams.
- Conduct code reviews and support production issue resolution.
- Work closely with stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement in engineering practices and application performance.
