Comfortable interacting with a diverse patient population. Job Description Essential Duties and Responsibilities Welcome and assist patients, visitors, and guests throughout the College of Dentistry. Provide directions and wayfinding assistance to clinics, offices, and other destinations. Escort patients with mobility challenges when needed. Communicate temporary route changes, clinic relocations, and building access updates during renovation activities. Answer general questions and connect patients with appropriate clinic personnel when necessary. Maintain a professional, friendly, and helpful presence in assigned areas. Support efforts to enhance the patient experience and promote excellent customer service. $15.00/hr Required Qualifications Current University of Florida student. Comfortable interacting with a diverse patient population. Preferred Previous customer service, hospitality, healthcare, or ambassador experience.
