Compensation The hourly rate will be $15–$28 per hour and will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. They also maintain Hobbies & Home Improvement displays and keep them organized throughout the day. Paint mixing and fabric cutting may be required.
