Parts Manager

Responsibilities: • Facilitate promotional offers to help drive automotive parts sales • Employ strong negotiation and communication skills to secure the most competitive price for replacement parts that can yield a profitable ROI when used for repairs or retail sales • Maintain reasonable inventory levels for quick access by those completing auto repairs or selling auto parts by balancing projected demand and cost targets • Proactively order necessary high-quality, cost-effective parts that align with standards set forth by the auto parts department and dealership, as a whole • Help hire and supervise relevant employees within the automotive parts and service departments Qualifications: • Management experience is a plus • 1-2 years of related experience in auto sales needed • Excellent product knowledge, customer service skills, administrative skills, and organizational skills are necessary to manage inventory effectively • Mandatory high school diploma or GED equivalent Compensation: $60,000
