Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time Work Setting: Outpatient Clinic | In Person Specialty: Outpatient Orthopedics

We are seeking a motivated Physical Therapist (PT) to join a collaborative outpatient orthopedic team. New graduates and experienced clinicians are welcome to apply, with opportunities for hands-on patient care, a 16-week mentorship program, professional development, and future leadership growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on their clinical needs and functional goals.
• Provide hands-on physical therapy treatment for orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate patients on therapeutic exercises, injury prevention, rehabilitation, and home exercise programs.
• Collaborate with therapists and clinic staff to promote positive patient outcomes.
• Manage a consistent outpatient caseload while maintaining high standards of patient care.
• Demonstrate flexibility in scheduling and patient management when needed.

Qualifications

• Active California Physical Therapy license required.
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or another qualifying degree accepted for California PT licensure.
• New graduates are welcome to apply.
• Previous outpatient or orthopedic physical therapy experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to manage a busy caseload and work effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
• Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) certification is preferred.
• Additional training or certifications in sports rehabilitation, balance therapy, or pelvic floor therapy.
