Join our assisted living nursing team at The Lutheran Home Hearthstone in Arlington Heights, IL. The Lutheran Home Hearthstone Assisted Living is hiring a Registered Nurse for our PRN nursing team. This role offers flexible scheduling and the chance to build ongoing relationships with residents in a faith-based senior living community. What You'll Do Provide skilled nursing care in accordance with physician orders and care plans Assess, monitor, and document resident conditions and changes Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team Communicate with residents, families, physicians, and team members Respond to resident needs and emergencies promptly and professionally Support a resident-centered environment that promotes dignity and independence What You'll Need Required: Active Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) license Minimum 1 year of nursing experience Ability to comprehend and follow oral and written instructions and procedures Preferred: Experience working with older adults Experience in assisted living, long-term care, skilled nursing, or senior living settings PRN Schedule Requirements Minimum of 4 shifts per month At least 1 weekend shift per month 1 observed holiday shift per calendar year Available shifts: 7:00am-3:00pm, 3:00pm-11:00pm, 11:00pm-7:00am Pay and Benefits $43.00/hour, plus $2.00/hour shift differential 403(b) Retirement Plan participation Holiday pay for holidays worked Daily Pay: access your wages before payday 24/7 Chaplain Counseling Team Member Assistance Program Anniversary Recognition Program We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and are committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
