Neurologist Opportunity In Shelton, Connecticut

We are actively recruiting a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Neurologist to join a thriving and respected healthcare organization in Shelton, Connecticut. This is a full-time, direct hire role offering clinical autonomy, strong referral support, and a stable practice environment.

Position Overview

• Location: Shelton, CT
• Schedule: Full-time, outpatient-focused (MondayFriday)
• Start Date: Flexible, based on physician availability
• Employment Type: W-2, direct hire
• Compensation: Competitive base salary + bonus structure
• Benefits: Comprehensive package including health, dental, vision, malpractice with tail, PTO, CME, and 401(k)

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a wide range of neurological disorders (e.g., headaches, seizures, stroke, MS, neuropathies, etc.)
• Perform and interpret EMGs, EEGs, and other neurodiagnostic studies (if applicable)
• Collaborate with referring primary care physicians and specialists
• Maintain detailed and accurate medical records using EMR
• Minimal or no hospital call (depending on structure)

Ideal Candidate

• MD or DO degree with completion of Neurology residency
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurology
• Eligible for medical licensure in Connecticut
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fellowship training in subspecialties (optional but welcomed e.g., epilepsy, movement disorders, neuromuscular)
