About the Role

The Oncology Institute (TOI) is expanding across Central Florida . We are seeking an experienced Hematologist Oncologist to join our new clinic in Ocala, FL , located about 35 miles south of Gainesville.

This is an exciting opportunity to step into a new market, build your practice with intention, and be part of a physician-centered model designed for long-term success .

Practice & Clinical Support Model

• Established referral networks and growing patient demand
• Collaborative, team-based environment with strong operational and clinical support
• On-site infusion services
• Dedicated APP, Nursing, and Medical Assistant support
• Multidisciplinary care teams and tumor board collaboration
• Technology-enabled workflows to support efficient, high-quality care

Compensation & Incentives

• Guaranteed base salary + wRVU upside no shift to production-only compensation
• $100K signing bonus
