School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Up to $105,000 Salary | Sign-On Bonus | Loan Repayment | Bay Area School-Based Opportunity

Role Overview

Join a clinician-led organization that has been partnering with California schools for more than 30 years. School-based Speech-Language Pathologists are supported by experienced clinical leaders, multiple on-site supervisors, and interdisciplinary teams dedicated to helping students thrive.

Openings are available throughout the Bay Area , including:

• Alameda County
• Contra Costa County
• North Bay (Napa, Marin, Solano, and Sonoma Counties)

Clinical Fellowship (CF) candidates are encouraged to apply. Comprehensive mentorship, structured training, and ongoing support make this an excellent opportunity for both new graduates and experienced SLPs.

Benefits & Compensation

• $90,000-$105,000 annual salary,  W-2
• Sign-On Bonus

Requirements

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Eligible for or licensed as an SLP in California
• Clinical Fellowship candidates welcome
• Passion for supporting students in a school-based setting
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to participate in IEP meetings and work effectively with multidisciplinary teams

Opportunities are currently focused on school-based positions throughout the Bay Area. Specific school district assignments are shared during the interview process and are based on a candidate's experience, preference and location.
