Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)-ABA Therapist Location: Daycare in Wayne, NJ Hours: 30–35 a week Company: Social Circle ABA Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)/BT-ABA Therapist to join our dynamic team at Social Circle ABA. Responsibilities Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with ASD Collect and record data on client progress and behavior Assist with the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to ensure consistency and effectiveness of interventions Use positive reinforcement techniques to promote skill acquisition and behavior change Conduct preference assessments and assist with functional behavior assessments Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to follow directions and implement behavior intervention plans accurately Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Patience and compassion when working with individuals with ASD Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Basic computer skills for data collection and reporting RBT Certification a plus What We Offer Competitive pay rates of $25 - $35 hourly Opportunities for career growth within our organization A dynamic and supportive work environment Professional development and training opportunities 401K match Sick time Why Join Us At Social Circle ABA, we are committed to providing high-quality services to individuals with autism and their families.
