Responsibilities:

• New Customer Acquisition: Communicate with prospects  and customers to understand their needs and provide available product information.  Convert prospects into new customers through phone, text, email, and virtual appointments.
• Multiline Insurance Sales:  Sell auto, homeowners, renters and other property and casualty insurance. Identify opportunities to bundle policies and address coverage gaps. Introduce life insurance as part of the customer's overall protection plan. Schedule appointments with the agency's life insurance or financial services specialist when appropriate.
• Customer Relationship Building: Assist in developing relationships and build trust with new customers across multiple product lines through personalized recommendations and follow-up. Generate referrals through satisfied customers.
• Sales Activity and Performance: Support daily office operations and daily sales activity, including documentation in the agency's CRM, scheduling, and manage leads and follow-up activities. 
• Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and making outbound calls and following up with prospects.
• Ability to identify customer needs and recommend solutions.
• Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred.
• Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses: Property and Casualty and Life and Health.
