With over 50 years of experience, they are committed to high-precision quality parts, serving various industries globally from Canby, Oregon. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related field Experience managing QMS, including audits, revisions, and training Proficient with PPAP (all levels), control plans, and IMDS Skilled in CMM programming and performing quality checks Ability to lead internal and external audits Experience with first piece, in-process, and final inspections Strong background in handling non-conformances and corrective actions Comfortable working with customer representatives on PPAPs, audits, and inspections Responsibilities: Oversee and maintain the QMS, revisions, audits, and training, ensuring overall effectiveness and efficiency Responsible for PPAP (all levels), control plans, and IMDS Perform CMM programming and quality checks Lead internal and external audit reviews Oversee and perform inspections (first piece, in-process, and final) with assistance from quality technicians and certified material handlers Manage non-conformances and corrective actions Engage with and report to customer representatives on PPAPs, audits, and product inspections Interface with customers and vendors on quality-related issues If interested, we are scheduling interviews now.
