At IRI, we know that our success is directly tied to our clients success./ph3Job Description/h3pJob Responsibilities:/pulliWorks on basic assignments following established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Master Batch Records, and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs)./liliPerforms routine tasks associated with aseptic processing, dispensing, compaction, granulation, milling, and coating./liliReports to Team Lead on a regular basis on line performance and report any issues that need to be resolved./liliPerforms basic troubleshooting of issues and escalates when required./liliOrganizes routine tasks in an effective manner./liliPrepares equipment and components for sterilization./liliOperates processing equipment including autoclaves, ovens, vial washers, and depyrogenation tunnel./liliCleans (manually and clean-in-place), assembles, and disassembles equipment for production./liliPerforms clean-in-place and sterilization-in-place of tanks./liliPerforms annealing and sterile filtrations of products./liliOperates vial capper, unloads product from lyophilizers, and packs off unloaded vials from lyophilizers and liquid fill line./liliPerforms Basic Oracle and MES (Manufacturing Execution System) transactions./liliPerforms data calculations./liliCleans manufacturing areas, including walls, ceilings, and floors./liliAccurately completes required documentation of events and tasks related to assigned work, including logbooks, batch records, etc./liliReports variance or deviation from standard procedures to department management./liliPrepares coating solution/li/ul/div
