Corporate Marketing Coordinator

Position SummaryWorld Choice Investments LLC is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Corporate Marketing Coordinator to join our Corporate Marketing team in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee.This position provides administrative and operational support across a portfolio of attractions and entertainment brands, helping keep department processes, projects, records, financial information, print production, reporting, and vendor coordination organized, accurate, and moving forward.The ideal candidate will have strong computer and Excel skills, attention to detail, comfort working with numbers, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and follow tasks through to completion. Previous marketing experience is not required.Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Administration & Financial SupportMaintain marketing budget templates, trackers, expense documentation, and other financial records; compile historical information and provide administrative support for department planning and reporting.Coordinate corporate marketing purchase orders, invoices, and related documentation as needed.Print, Reporting & Department CoordinationCoordinate brochures, rack cards, and other print projects, including vendor communication, quantities, production schedules, shipping, and project documentation.Maintain marketing reports, calendars, spreadsheets, shared files, and other recurring department processes.Provide administrative and project support for corporate marketing initiatives, including online reputation reporting, media and guest arrangements, corporate team travel coordination, meetings, events, and special projects.Vendor & Cross-Functional CoordinationCommunicate and follow up with vendors, property marketing teams, and other departments to gather information, coordinate deadlines, and keep projects and recurring processes moving forward.Maintain organized records and documentation and help identify opportunities to improve department workflows and recurring processes.Teamwork & Organizational SupportWork collaboratively with team members, managers, and other departments to support organizational goals.Maintain professional and effective communication with employees, leadership, guests, vendors, and others as applicable.Demonstrate flexibility and a willingness to assist with changing operational and business needs.Support a positive, respectful, and professional work environment.Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned based on business and operational needs.Guest & Employee ExperienceProvide professional, courteous, and responsive service to guests, employees, and others as applicable to the position.Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the organization's commitment to creating a positive guest and employee experience.Communicate effectively and professionally with individuals at all levels of the organization.Represent the company and assigned location or department in a positive and professional manner.Safety & ComplianceFollow applicable company policies, procedures, safety requirements, and departmental guidelines.Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment.Promptly report safety concerns, workplace incidents, or other concerns to appropriate management.Complete required training and maintain any certifications, licenses, or credentials required for the position.Protect confidential or sensitive company, employee, and guest information as applicable to the position.Required QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent required.
