Marketing Intern San Diego, CA

sul is building the future of food - making personalized meals scalable through technology and automation. We're looking for a highly motivated marketing intern to work directly with the founding team and help grow the sul brand. This is a hands-on role. You won't just observe or complete busywork - you'll be expected to contribute ideas, execute them, and take ownership of real projects. What You'll Do Help create content that tells the sul story across social media and other channels Develop and test ideas to drive organic growth and brand awareness Support events, partnerships, community outreach, and local activations Talk to customers and turn what you learn into better marketing Track what works and help improve our approach Jump into whatever needs to get done to help the brand grow Ownership You'll be given real responsibility. When you take on a project, we expect you to push it forward, solve problems, ask good questions, and bring ideas to the table rather than waiting for step-by-step instructions. You won't always have perfect information. We want someone comfortable figuring things out, moving quickly, and learning along the way.
