Role Description The Vacation Sales Ambassador is a full-time, on-site role based in San Diego, CA, responsible for promoting vacation ownership and related offerings to guests and prospective clients. Day-to-day activities include engaging with guests in Hilton hotel lobbies, presenting vacation packages, explaining benefits and features, and answering questions to build interest and trust. The role involves clearly explaining and selling vacation packages to qualified guests for a variety of destinations. As part of offer guests will attend a 2 hour sales presentation to learn about Hilton Grand Vacations Ownership. The Vacation Sales Ambassador collaborates closely with onsite hotel staff and the leadership team, adheres to company compliance and ethical standards, and consistently works toward meeting or exceeding sales and customer satisfaction targets.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, including clear verbal communication and active listening skills.

• Customer service experience in hospitality, retail, or a similar guest-facing environment.

• Sales or promotional experience, with the ability to present products and handle objections professionally.

• Basic computer and data entry skills, including comfort using CRMs.
\n
• Ability to work on-site in San Diego, CA, with a flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Goal-oriented mindset with the capacity to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple guest interactions.

• Professional demeanor, reliability, and adherence to ethical sales practices and company policies.
\n
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or experience in hospitality or sales is beneficial.

• Familiarity with the San Diego tourism and hospitality market is a plus.
