What Would You Do? At a Senior Manager level, your responsibilities will include: Lead client engagements in the MedTech industry focused on ERP technology strategy, design and delivery in ERP – SAP S4 and Oracle Fusion Partner across business functions to drive planning and delivery Assess current-state processes, systems, and data models Design and implement next-generation technology solutions Collaborate with ecosystem partners (e.g., SAP, Oracle, MES across wider IT/OT spectrum) Provide industry thought leadership on MedTech ERP and technology best practice Work with cross-functional Accenture teams to bring innovation and AI to delivery and solutioning Own client deliverables, including roadmaps, business cases, solution designs, and operating model recommendations Own client business development, RFPs and sales Travel: candidates must be willing to travel up to 75% to client locations.
