Principal, People Operations: HRIS, Compliance & Onboarding

Hut 8 in Miami seeks a Principal, People Operations to own the transactional backbone of the employee experience across HQ and multiple sites. You will manage onboarding, offboarding, I-9, background checks, system setup, and documentation with a focus on accuracy and defensibility. You’ll partner with Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, IT, Finance and Legal to ensure audit readiness, continuous process improvement, and strict compliance. #J-18808-Ljbffr Hut 8
