Process Engineer

Job Title Job Description Provide process engineering support to production and maintenance teams to achieve plant performance goals Lead initiatives to improve equipment reliability, uptime, and manufacturing efficiency Develop and implement predictive and preventative maintenance strategies Drive root cause analysis and structured problem-solving efforts for recurring equipment and process issues Manage capital and expense projects from scope development through execution Coordinate engineering design, fabrication, installation, and commissioning activities Support annual budgeting and forecasting for maintenance and reliability projects Monitor and analyze reliability metrics, machine efficiency data, and process performance indicators Conduct equipment criticality assessments, FMEA, and reliability-centered maintenance activities Develop equipment maintenance plans and continuous improvement initiatives Work with maintenance teams to establish predictive maintenance protocols and best practices Lead cross-functional teams focused on reducing downtime and improving operational performance Maintain and update SOPs, maintenance strategies, and process documentation Ensure compliance with engineering, safety, environmental, and quality standards Support implementation of new technologies and reliability-focused manufacturing improvements Maintain an active presence on the production floor to support operations and troubleshoot issues MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
