Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. General Accountabilities:

• Performs skilled and routine building maintenance, construction, and repairs.
• Follows standard safety and operating procedures.

• Tasks include but are not limited to carpentry, fabrication, flooring, carpet repairs, building additions, and general building maintenance.
• Installing drywall, insulation, adding fixtures, welding, fitting handles, locks, and hinges.
• Perform general maintenance which includes but not limited to replacing flooring, painting, plumbing, make ready hotel rooms, replacing HVAC filters, Inspecting ceilings, etc.
• Maintaining corrective, preventative, and predictive maintenance.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 8-10 years' experience in a field or related industry.
• High school diploma or GED a plus but not required
• Valid Drivers License Required.

• Project Oriented Individual.
• Certification not required but a plus.
• Must have experience in the construction industry and or related field.
• Able to work independently and or on a team within established procedures associated with the job functions.
• Ability to work at a fast pace in often crowded/noisy environment.

• Ability to stand, lift, walk, bend, and stoop throughout duration of shift.
