OTR Flatbed Company driver (W-2) Job in Waterbury, CT by HMD Trucking

Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- 6 months of flatbed experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying
Benefits

- CPM $0.70 base + $0.10 CPM safety/productivity bonus
- Home time: 2 weeks out, 2 nights home

- Load Pay
- Empty Miles: Paid at the same CPM as loaded miles (company drivers only)
- Extra Stops: $50 per additional stop
- Detention Pay: $25 per hour after the first 2 hours
- Layover Pay: $175 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150
Drive for HMD Trucking from Waterbury, CT, moving flatbed freight coast to coast.
Responsibilities:
- Secure and deliver flatbed loads
- Comply with DOT and company safety standards
- Independent OTR route management
Our fleet features 500+ modern trucks with sleeper cabs, APUs, inverters, removable rider seats, and full in-house maintenance.
Requirements:
- Class A CDL
- Minimum 12 months of OTR flatbed driving experience
Receive $0.70 per mile, extra CPM bonuses, a $5,000 sign-on bonus, consistent home time, and a full benefits package including health, PTO, and 401(k).
