Chief Legal & Human Resources Officer

Location : Tulsa, OK | Type : Full-Time | Industry : Manufacturing

What You'll Be Doing

Lead HR operations, including hiring, benefits, compensation, employee relations, and leadership development.
Handle employment matters, contracts, compliance, and business risk, bringing in outside counsel when needed.
Support the board and executive team while staying involved in everyday employee and business needs.

What We're Looking For

A JD and at least 10 years of progressive legal and/or HR leadership experience; active bar admission strongly preferred.
Experience directly leading HR and handling legal matters, with the ability to guide a team and do the work yourself.
An approachable leadership style; manufacturing and private equity experience preferred.
