Team Supervisor

Teal's Market in Gwinner, ND, seeks a dedicated, Shift Manager to join our team. As a Shift Manager, you will oversee store operations during the 4 pm-9 pm shift on weekdays, 2-9 on weekends, and 3-5 days a week. Shifts:

• 4 pm-9 pm on weekdays
• 2-9 on weekends

Responsibilities

• Assign tasks to associates during the shift and ensure timely completion.
• Call in replacements for team member absences or no-shows.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Maintain a clean and organized storefront.
• Perform cashier and personal shopping duties as needed.
• Engage with customers to ensure satisfaction with the service provided.
• Promote specials, sales, and the Teal's Market App to customers.
• Manage cash intake and count out registers at the end of cashier shifts.
• Communicate regularly with the store manager regarding customer concerns, associate issues, and other significant matters.
• Sign for deliveries when necessary.
• Adhere to and enforce company policies and guidelines.
• Assist in associate training and onboarding.
