We are seeking a friendly and service-oriented Sales Associate to join our team! As a Sales Associate, you will assist customers with their current needs and ensure an excellent shopping experience. Responsibilities may include working one on one with customers in a retail setting, working with new and existing customers, and most importantly, working in a team of people. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in customer service and product knowledge.
Our team-oriented environment is an excellent place for an individual to improve their skills and collaborate with others to achieve a common goal. Responsibilities
- Greet each customer with a smile and provide assistance while they are shopping
- Explain services to new and existing customers
- Providing excellent customer service by helping customers.
- Drive sales by participating in targeted product promotions and initiatives as set forth by the company.
- Develop and maintain solid product knowledge in order to best help customers with their selections.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Understanding of sales techniques and best practices in customer service
- Willingness to work well in a team environment
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule
- Full training is provided upon hire
