EUV Lithography Pathfinding Engineer (High NA)

Micron Technology, Inc. in Boise, Idaho is seeking an EUV Lithography Process Development Engineer to lead pathfinding across 193nm immersion, EUV, and High NA EUV. You will develop and optimize EUV modules, align mask inspection strategies, and coordinate with manufacturing for transfer readiness.
The role requires hands-on experience in lithography, patterning, and statistical analysis, with collaboration across technology development and manufacturing teams. Travel up to monthly is expected.
