Market Research AnalystAbout the RoleAs a Market Research Analyst, you will play a key role in developing a deeper understanding of the market, consumers, and shoppers. You will combine information from different sources, including Nielsen and Kantar Worldpanel, to monitor market dynamics, evaluate brand performance, and generate insights that support strategic and commercial decision-making.You will also contribute to research projects, reporting and visualization capabilities, and the implementation of new tools and methodologies, working closely with internal teams and external partners.What You Will DoAnalyze and integrate market, consumer, shopper, and internal data to generate actionable insights and recommendations that support business growth.Monitor market trends, brand performance, and market share to identify opportunities and inform strategic decisions.Create and automate reports, scorecards, and dashboards using Power BI, Excel, and other analytical tools.Lead the category forecasting process, assessing long-term trends and their potential impact on the business.Improve the data and analytics ecosystem by introducing new methodologies, tools, and technologies, including AI, in collaboration with IT and external partners.Enable data-driven decision-making by translating complex information into clear recommendations and training colleagues on tools and data interpretationWho You AreYou have 4–6 years of relevant professional experience in Market Insights, Consumer Insights, Shopper Insights, Market Research, Business Intelligence, or similar areas.You have strong Power BI skills, with experience developing dashboards, reports, and meaningful data visualizations.You have an advanced level of English, with the ability to communicate insights and recommendations effectively to different stakeholders.You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and are comfortable working with complex datasets and business questions.Experience working with Nielsen, Kantar Worldpanel, or comparable market intelligence tools is highly desirable.You have strong communication and stakeholder management skills and are comfortable collaborating across functions.You are proactive, curious, detail-oriented, and able to work autonomously.Experience managing external research or data partners and supporting the implementation of new analytical tools or methodologies is desirable.What We Can Offer YouOur purpose, Breaking Barriers to Well-Being, provides meaning to everything we do.
