Job Overview Restore Dental Arts is a dentist-owned, multi‑location dental group built as the deliberate alternative to private-equity consolidation: ~$6.5M in revenue, ~40 employees, an in-house lab, a PACE‑approved CE platform, and a plan to reach 4–7 locations by 2029 without forfeiting equity to passive investors. Role Overview We’re hiring the executive who will architect and install our operating system over the next 2–3 years — performance scoreboards, accountability architecture (RACI), staffing models, an acquisition integration playbook, and a multi‑entity financial dashboard. This is a design mandate, not a maintenance role: you report directly to the founder/CEO, work in a monthly executive triad with both founders, and own the operational lane in full while clinical governance stays with clinicians. Candidate Profile You’re likely 5–10 years into a healthcare operations career at the Director or Senior Manager level — academic medical center, integrated delivery network, or mission‑driven multi‑site clinical operations — and you’ve built something there: a service line, a quality program, a new clinic launch. You want the autonomy to design from scratch. Compensation & Career Path One thing we say up front: this role carries no equity or liquidity exit, by institutional design — ownership at Restore is restricted to practicing dentists. We offer profit participation tied to EBITDA growth you drive, with total compensation reaching $150–200K+ at full performance, and a defined path from Head of Operations to COO as the institution scales.
