LPN - Day/Evening Shift

Emerald Nursing & Rehab Cozad is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dedicated team in Cozad, NE, USA. As an LPN at Emerald Nursing & Rehab Cozad, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, individualized nursing care to our residents. Your duties will include:

• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Conducting vital signs and documenting resident information
• Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, and toileting
• Providing emotional support and encouragement to residents and families
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans

Requirements:

• Current LPN license in the State of Nebraska
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in long-term care or gerontological nursing preferred
