Environment, Health and Safety Manager

Evan Richardson with Connexa Search Group is working with a well-established manufacturer in the Greenville, South Carolina area to find an EHS Manager to build and lead the safety and environmental function for a growing operation. THE OPPORTUNITY This is a ground-floor leadership role for a company standing up its EHS program from the foundation up. You will own safety, health, and environmental across the site, shape the culture, and report directly to senior leadership. For the right person this is a rare chance to build something rather than inherit it. WHAT YOU WILL DO Build and lead the site EHS program across safety, health, and environmental Own OSHA, EPA, and state regulatory compliance and reporting Develop and deliver safety training, orientation, and ongoing education Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action Manage workers compensation cases and partner with operations on risk reduction Establish and chair the site safety committee and drive a safety-first culture WHAT YOU BRING Several years of EHS leadership experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment Strong working knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations and reporting requirements Experience building or maturing EHS programs, systems, and safety culture Track record of reducing incidents and driving measurable safety improvement CSP, ASP, or equivalent certification preferred Bachelor's degree in occupational safety, environmental science, or a related field #J-18808-Ljbffr
