Healthcare Superintendent (Occupied Hospital Projects)

Lead Complex Hospital Projects

The Superintendent will be responsible for:

Managing day-to-day field operations on healthcare construction projects in occupied facilities
Coordinating subcontractors, schedules, inspections, and site logistics to ensure a safe execution
Maintaining strict compliance with healthcare regulations, infection control, and safety protocols
Communicating effectively with project managers, clients, and hospital staff
Proactively resolving field issues to minimize disruption to patients and operations

A successful Superintendent should have:

Minimum of 5+ years' experience as a Superintendent in healthcare construction
Proven experience working in occupied hospital environments
Ability to commute throughout DC, Northern Virginia, and Baltimore
Comfortable with early field hours (typically 6:00am - 2:30pm)
Willing to meet vaccination requirements (flu required; COVID preferred)
