Job Description

Seeking a skilled and dedicated Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced acute care environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with an interdisciplinary team. You will play an essential role in planning and implementing therapy interventions to meet the diverse needs of patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatments in accordance with established therapy plans.
• Assist in evaluating patient progress and modifying treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and progress.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum 6 months of acute care hospital experience as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.
• Active Kansas licensure as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.
• Current BLS certification.
