Outlet Floor Lead

Overview As an Outlet Lead, you drive store sales, service, merchandising, and operations while fostering an inclusive, safe environment for both associates and customers. You optimize the customer experience and sales through engaged selling, supporting the salesfloor, pickup, and curbside operations. You ensure operational excellence by managing daily tasks such as financial auditing, inventory control, product handling, and scheduling, all while controlling expenses and preserving margin. Additionally, you develop and train associates through comprehensive onboarding and ongoing guidance, strengthening product knowledge and performance. Success in this role requires strong communication, multitasking, problem-solving, and a genuine passion for customer care, efficiency, and our products.
