ERP Project Manager

Trident Consulting is seeking a "ERP Project Manager" for one of our client in " Boston, MA " A global leader in business and technology services. Job Title: ERP Project Manager Type of Hire: Contract - W2 Pay Rate: $70/hr - $75/hr on W2 Duration: 12 Months Contract Schedule: Monday – Friday | 40 Hours/Week Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support a large-scale system transformation initiative involving the migration from SAP ECC to SAP HANA , with a focus on Model N Revenue Management and Gross-to-Net (GTN) systems. This role will coordinate project execution, support data migration, oversee testing and cutover activities, and drive training and change management to ensure a successful transition with minimal business disruption. Key Responsibilities Coordinate project execution for SAP ECC to SAP HANA migration initiatives. Support Model N data migration, customer setup, and contract adjustments. Manage project timelines, cutover planning, testing, and deployment activities. Partner with cross-functional teams including Value & Access, IT, Customer Service, Rebates Operations, and external vendors. Facilitate stakeholder communication and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle. Lead training, documentation, and change management activities. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and ensure timely delivery of milestones. Required Qualifications Experience coordinating or delivering system implementation or business transformation projects. Hands‑on experience with Model N , including customer and contract creation. Understanding of Gross-to-Net (GTN) processes, contract management, and rebate operations. Strong project coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to translate project plans into actionable tasks and drive execution. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a cross‑functional environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting SAP ECC to SAP HANA migration projects. Exposure to pharmaceutical or life sciences commercial operations is a plus.
